- Edit & delete: You can edit your profile preferences, delete uploaded photos, or erase your entire account and all associated personal data permanently at any time directly from your account settings, with no hidden hoops to jump through.
- Opt out of customization: If you prefer to use Podon with generic, non-personalized lessons, you can turn off personalized recommendations in your settings at any time, with no impact on your access to all of our lash tutorials and 3D models.
- Opt out of communications: You can unsubscribe from non-essential email updates at any time via the link in every email, or adjust your notification settings in the app.
How We Keep Your Data Safe
We use industry-standard end-to-end encryption to store all of your personal data, including uploaded photos and account details. Anonymized aggregate engagement data used for product improvements is never tied to your personal identifier, and we conduct regular security audits to ensure your information stays protected. We only grant access to personal data to a very small team of product and support staff who need it to resolve your support requests or fix technical issues affecting your account.
Policy Updates
